Stage 1. Inward of Raw Material

The R & D department clears each supplier through an audit report before our quality team meticulously checks every batch of raw material against our standards and the Certificate of Analysis provided by the supplier.
Stage 2. Extrusion Proces:
In our advanced facility, various granules are precisely mixed in automatic machines according to ratios specified by our R & D department. Our vigilant quality personnel monitor the process as the granules pass through the extrusion machine, producing film tubes or films in the required sizes.
Stage 3: Printing Process:
The films move seamlessly into the printing process, with operators well-versed in the design, color, and material specifications. Printing only commences after a thorough inspection of the first piece, ensuring precision and quality at every step.
Stage 4: Bag Making Process:
The output from the printing process proceeds to the bag-making stage, where only items with a QC OK identification tag are allowed. Our QC team conducts mandatory first-piece inspections before authorizing the machines to run, maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Stage 5: Final Inspection & Packing
Adhering to ISO standards for batch inspection, every production batch undergoes scrutiny in our highly advanced automated quality laboratory. Only after receiving a quality clearance certificate are the finished goods allowed for packing, following the specific standards set by our customers.
